Mantras are short, positive phrases or affirmations that are repeated to oneself as a form of self-empowerment, motivation, or meditation. They can help shift your mindset, build confidence, cultivate self-love, and enhance feelings of beauty and self-worth. 

Why Mantras?

The practice of mantras can be personalized based on your preferences and goals. The effectiveness of mantra practice lies in your intention, focus, and belief. Be patient and allow the power of positive repetition to gradually shape your thoughts, emotions, and self-perception.

First, choose meaningful mantras! They should be positive, feel good and specific to the area you want to focus on.

Set aside dedicated time: I practice mine in the morning during my morning coffee. When the weather is right, I sit outside, close my eyes, take a couple deep breaths and focus. 

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat. Continue to take deep breaths until you feel calmness and relaxation set in and slowly repeat your chosen mantra either silently or aloud. Focus on slowly repetition of your mantra for either a set amount of times or a specific number of times. If you mind starts to wonder that is 100% natural. Just concentrate on shifting your focus back visualizing the mantra.

Remember to practice regularly. Consistency is key. With our busy lives it can be hard to carve out time to focus on yourself. In a pinch I've even practiced my mantras in traffic.
